Archie is the Artistic Director of OffPiste, which he created in 2019 after his National Youth Theatre intake course during his second year of A-levels.

Since then, he has led the company through all of their multi-disciplinary work and six Arts Council funded projects.

Working freelance as well as through the company, OffPiste is Archie’s vehicle to showcase South West and rural talent, create cross-genre, diverse work and connect people across the region. Becoming an Associate Company to the National Youth Theatre has bought it all full circle.

Elliot Millson is an award-winning cinematographer hailing from the depths of Dorset, on the south coast of England. He started off in the film world making Aardman-inspired stop-frame animations at the age of nine.
Since making the switch to live-action, Elliot has shot a wide range of narrative shorts, mini docs, dance and music promos, as well as a handful of independent features; the first of which, Signs of Life, had a limited theatrical release in 2025.

Sydney Aldridge Casting has been running since 2018 casting projects for TV, film, theatre and commercials.

She has cast multiple films and short films for production companies such as Academy Award Winning Production Company Slick Films, The BFI, Film London, Red Productions, Flumeri Films, Heretic Productions, AK Productions & Sonder Pictures to name a few.

Sydney has worked in casting for TV with ITV, HBO, Netflix and the History Channel.

Sydney came on board OffPiste as our in-house Casting Director, after casting ENCORE during 2022. All of our projects that need casting go through her.
