We are a film and theatre production company creating work that explores the gaps between people.
Based in Dorset and Bristol, we work across the country.
Headed up by award-winning duo, Archie Rowell and Elliot Millson, take a look at a selection of our work below:
RECENT:
Archie Rowell set out to run the 96 Mile Jurassic Coast in one go in aid of Campaign Against Living Miserably.
We made a documentary about it. 96 MILES for the 75%
75% of suicides are men, this was a run for the boys.
Battling hail storms, hell, and hallucinations, this documentary follows Archie, his reasons behind doing this feat of endurance, the people he met along the way and the incredible work that CALM do.
You can now watch the documentary online.
OffPiste Theatre presents RANK – based on a true story by Frome-based writer and actor, Dan Gaisford.
A taxi driver’s life is turned upside down by an epic encounter with a young woman and her two small children who use his services to travel cross-country to buy a horse. As the odyssey unfolds and the woman’s situation becomes known, the taxi driver must decide whether to get the job done or act like a decent human being. But as he battles to tell his tale against the backdrop of an ever-ringing phone, it is apparent he has become far more involved in the lives of his passengers than he ever intended.
RANK explores working class men, what we do when everything starts to go wrong and if we can truly trust the people around us. More info here.
We were seed-commissioned by the Almeida Theatre to create a piece of performance film that surrounded the idea of ROOTS for their Home Stages Season.
You can now watch UPROOTED on our website.
It is currently being developed into a full length theatre piece, with support from local venues.
